Terms of Service

  • I will not start the commission until payment has been made

  • Refunds are accepted if I’m not able to finish the commission

  • Payment through PayPal only (GBP)

  • If the slots are full or the comms are closed, I can put your name on the waiting list and contact you when they are open again

  • I will send you a sketch of the piece to make sure that it’s done right. Please let me know if you want any changes to the piece before I start colouring it in

  • WIPs will be shown to you as the commission progresses

  • Changes throughout the colouring stages will cost extra

  • I have the right to decline the commission for multiple reasons e.g. not comfortable, busy with IRL stuff, etc

  • Please provide visual references/poses/expressions of the character

  • DO NOT use my commission art for AI art training or NFTs

  • Do not use my commission art for commercial use without my permission!

  • Each slot will take me 4 days to a week to complete depending on the complexity/how busy I am

  • DON’T rush me please! If you’re gonna be rude with me then you WILL be blocked/blacklisted!

  • Clients that take a week/month to respond will be blacklisted

  • I will be posting the commissioned piece on my social media and putting it in my portfolio ( please let me know beforehand if you don’t want your piece to be posted publicly)

  • You may use the commission piece for personal use e.g. PFPs, Wallpapers, banners, etc
